Case Management (underwriting)
Our agents do what they do best, SELL and PIPAC LIFE Brokerage does the rest! PIPAC LIFE Brokerage is proud to be the back office for our agents. Our dedicated case managers provide the following:
Scrub applications – We make sure the right forms for the right states are used. We make sure all the information is correct, signatures are correct and work with you to gather any information prior to sending applications to the underwriter.
Order all requirements – We order parameds and any other requirements our underwriters need to evaluate the risk. If an APS (attending physician statement) is requested we order and follow up to ensure the underwriter has received all the required information.
Follow up on all outstanding requirements – We work side by side with the carriers to ensure all outstanding requirements are delivered to the underwriter in a timely matter.
Liaison with underwriters – We are the conduit between the agent, client and the underwriter.
Weekly status reports – Each week we provide our agents up to the minute status on each and every case they have in underwriting.
Policy delivery requirements – We make sure the policy is issued correctly, the delivery requirements are easy to understand and a return self addressed stamped envelope is provided to deliver the requirements back to us.
